To be approved for membership in the Affiliate Program, applicants must meet a minimum of two of the following three criteria.

By registering for, applying for, participating in or representing that you participate in the Splashes Bath and Kitchen Affiliate Program, you agree to the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By signing below, I warrant that all information set out in this application form is true and accurate and I acknowledge that Andrew Sheret Limited is relying on the information herein to determine my suitability for the Splashes Bath and Kitchen Affiliate Program.

If you are accepted into the Affiliate Program, you will be entitled to the rewards and benefits as set out in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
