How to Get Your Price Matched 

To qualify, you'll need to provide a current competitor's ad with the same brand name and model number. Acceptable proof includes:

• An advertisement from a brick-and-mortar competitor, such as a flyer.
• An active webpage with the advertised price.
• An official competitor retail quote. This quote must be specifically prepared for you.

If you purchased through a Splashes Bath & Kitchen showroom, bring in the supporting information or give the showroom a call. If you purchased online through Splashes.com, contact our customer support team by phone or email. Please have your supporting information ready.

Conditions for the Price Match Promise 

Certain conditions must be met for the price match to apply:

• Product Availability: The product must be available to Splashes Bath & Kitchen in the same way it's available from the competitor. For example, if the competitor's product is sold out and we have it in stock, the price match does not apply.
• Product Condition: The product must be new. We will not match prices on refurbished products.
• Authorized Retailers Only: The product must not be sold on reseller sites such as eBay and Etsy.
• Multiple Items: Our price match promise applies to up to three units of the same item.
• Competitor Quotes: We will match our competitor quotes if all the items on the competitor quote are purchased from Splashes Kitchen & Bath. Quote items cannot be selected individually.
• Additional Fees: Prices must be inclusive of fees such as shipping and handling when applicable.
• Currency: The prices must be In Canadian dollars.

 Splashes Bath & Kitchen may choose not to match prices for any reason. 

How to Pick Up the Price-Matched Product 

The price-matched item must be paid for in full on the day it is matched. If the product is in stock, delivery must be taken immediately. If the item is ordered or transferred, it must be picked up within seven days.
