Does it cost me anything to be a part of the program?

There is no cost associated with being a part of the program.

Can I earn points through online sales?

Not yet, but we are working on developing this capability. Stay Tuned. For now, affiliate referrals must go through our showrooms.

Do I have to be based in a city with a showroom to be eligible?

It is not necessary. If you live within a province that has a showroom, that location’s team will be your go-to, and virtual showroom reps will be available for those living in a province without a showroom. However, to earn points, sales must go through one of our showrooms.

How do I qualify for the program?

Provide at least two of the following:

  • Have an active Andrew Sheret Limited account
  • Provide a verifiable GST number
  • Be a legal resident of Canada and/or have a legal business
  • license in Canada
  • Provide two business references

I’m a new designer. Does my social following or client count matter?

We partner with all designers, whether you have a following or roster of established customers or not. The program is designed to encourage new customers and clients.

Who will manage my account and myclient’s accounts?

A Dedicated Account Manager/Showroom Rep. Splashes also has an online customer service team you can access and direct your clients to.

I’m a contractor, not a designer. Can I still be a part of the program?

Currently the program is for Interior Designers only, but we eventually plan to include trade customers. Stay tuned.

Do I earn Flex Points on referrals?

Yes! You will earn up to 5% commission in Flex Points on all direct and indirect client referral

What is a Dedicated Account Manager/Showroom Rep?

This will be your point person every step of the way. They will be the one coordinating with you and our team of experts to streamline your projects and help bring your client’s visions to life.

How long will my account be active for?

Your account will stay live until you decide to close it.

Do I earn Flex Points on taxes?

No, Flex Points are only earned on the pre-tax cost (subtotal) of your referral’s order.

What are Flex Points?

Flex Points are customer rewards that can be redeemed to help pay for almost any purchase (in-store, online, or through third-party companies). Use your Flex Points against the purchase and you’ll get reimbursed the monetary value.
